Link to company account

There are two types of linking, please choose:

Become part of a Team

This option puts you under the management of a team or company account.

This adds a profile to the master dashboard. Company Code is found at top right of company dashboard.

Pair this Tap Tag to an existing profile

This option will merge this Tap Tag to another profile so both profiles act as one.

Your Tap Tag # is under the profile image on dashboard.

Complete this setup on desktop

Enter any username and password. Our system will detect if your credentials exist. (This is a profile management system different than ordering Tap Tag products)

If credentials do exist the system will recognize your credentials and offer to pair or add as a new profile on your dashboard.

Pairing profile: If you already made a digital profile for "Johnny Smith" and have 2 Tap Tags that you want to direct to Johnny's profile, then tap each item to see the setup page, login, and select "Pair".

Adding user: If you have a profile for "Johnny Smith" and want to add a second profile for "Harry Holmes" then tap the item, login, and select "Add User:"

If credentials do not exist the system will send you through new account setup to create a new dashboard.

If you have never created a dashboard previously, you will do so now. Once created you may pair or add more profiles to your account.

"Email already exists" message means the system detects your account, but your password is incorrect.
